As a respected telecom industry expert with over 25 years of experience in the communications market, Wheeler has now brought her notable specialty of financial risk and operational impact to Clarity Services. Having worked with carriers around the world, she has had the opportunity to assist organizations in their selections of solutions and development of best practices in their fraud prevention business and their credit assessment strategies. Her background in risk mitigation has prompted countless whitepapers, media interviews and speaking engagements on the topic.

Prior to joining Clarity Services, Wheeler served at ID Analytics where she was responsible for developing the telecommunications market. Wheeler was appointed to the Communications Fraud Control Association board in June 2011 where she helps bring focus to key topics to keep the industry abreast of the rapid changes and challenges facing operators every day. She also sits on the National Advisory Board for Talking Shoes Media, a multimedia production company dedicated to educating the public and increasing consumer awareness about economic crime. Wheeler has served on the Utica College's Economic Crime Institute board and was a long standing active member of the Telecommunications Risk Management Association.
