Shopping for new tech for the SF-22

ABINGTON, PA, October 09, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Every year around early November. The Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association (SEMA) meet in Las Vegas, NV for a week of hot cars and showcasing of some of the newest technologies offered in the aftermarket world for automobiles. But this is not only for the aftermarket add on companies, and a lot of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) make the trip to keep their fingers on the pulse of technology. 215 is doing just that..
CEO of Lamborghini L.A/ 215 says "This is the perfect time to meet the corporate heads and strike deals to get exclusive products for your projects. This is also an opportunity for smaller companies to possibly join an OEM in their development phase and gain notoriety with product placement. With the SF-22 about to go into the prototyping phase we want the best possible products out there for the car."
SEMA is also a great place to actually talk to legislators and find out the direction in which the automotive laws are heading. This allows a company such as 215/Lamborghini to spend development monies on things that won't be an issue in the future. One example of such a mistake was the Pagani incident. The refusal of adding an airbag weight sensor to disarm the passenger airbag cost millions in American sales and a lot of American owners were left disappointed , by not being able to receive their cars.. "We try to get ahead of a situation before it arises Because that can cost us millions in redesigns, recalls and litigation" Said Mr Crudup.
So 215/Lamborghini LatinoAmerica will be moving up and down the long ails of SEMA pushing an invisible shopping cart for new products to integrate into the SF-22.
