Presidential Auto Sales, Service & Leasing of Delray Beach held a ground breaking ceremony on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 in honor of the new construction taking place at the dealership.

DELRAY BEACH, FL, November 20, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Presidential Auto Sales, Service & Leasing of Delray Beach held a ground breaking ceremony on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 in honor of the new construction taking place at the dealership.

After more than 25 years in business, Presidential Auto Sales, Service & Leasing received confirmation from the city to undergo a multi-level construction project that will expand their facilities and parking. Owner and President, Jim Guistolisi, says that the construction has been a long time coming.

"It's such a relief to finally begin the construction process," said Guistolisi. "Expanding our facilities will allow us to better serve our valued customers and grow our business in the way we've always dreamed."

"We have worked very hard to get here and naturally outgrew our current facilities," said Vice President, Randy Brooks. "This expansion is going to greatly improve both our dealership and the appearance of the surrounding area. The empty lot that once stood behind our building will finally add aesthetic value to the Delray Beach community."

As a result of the construction process and limited space, much of their inventory will be sold at drastically-reduced prices.

"The community is going to see a lot of sales in the coming months at Presidential Auto Sales, Service & Leasing. Our inventory needs to be moved and we're going to be offering luxury vehicles at never before seen low prices," said Guistolisi.

Presidential Auto Sales, Service & Leasing is a business also focused on giving back, lending their time and resources to various local organizations, such as the March of Dimes, American Heart Association and FAU Athletics.

Taking on the construction process is The King's Highway General Contracting Inc., led by General Contractor Terry Edwards.
