C. Genelle White Named Executive of the Year in Business Administration and Compliance

BRASELTON, GA, July 25, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Genelle White, Compliance Director for Elan Motorsports Technologies, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in the Business Administration and Compliance fields.

"I am an out of the box thinker with a twist. I make significant and innovative compliant contributions as I turn obstacles and constraints into business opportunities within the corporate infrastructure ," says Ms. White, whose ambition has taken her professionally from providing post-secondary instruction to the motorsports industry segueing into aerospace, military and defense technologies. By adhering to her daily work ethic, "If you aren't part of the solution, you're part of the problem," she has proven successful during her tenure at Elan Motorsports Technologies. As compliance director, she fulfills the responsibilities of the Management Representative for the ISO9001:2008 certified quality management system and she is the systems architect for the International Traffic in Arms Regulations program.

Ms. White earned her MBA from Brenau University in 2001 and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University in 1998. She retains affiliation with the American Society for Quality and the Society for International Affairs. She also continues to provide post-secondary instruction for the Business Administrative Technology program at Lanier Technical College. Whether in the classroom or the boardroom Ms. White adheres to the philosophy that harnessing the diversity from all facets of the organization creates an effluent synergy. Through collaborative effort the entire team achieves collective success thus propelling the organization forward. Moving ahead, Ms. White intends to further develop the International Traffic in Arms Regulations program and investigate compliance in the AS9100 Aerospace Certification program.
