COTTONWOOD, AL, July 12, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joann J. Womack, Director of the Brokerage Division for Capstone Logistics Group, has been selected as a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in customer service.

Ms. Womack has devoted the past 18 years to Capstone Logistics Group, a truck contracting and hauling service company. Valued for her customer service skills, she was appointed director of the brokerage division in 2010 and is entrusted with a number of vital tasks. These include overseeing the transportation department management team, reviewing and processing government freight contracts, and dealing with multiple clients with various trucking needs.

Originally a homemaker, Ms. Womack was compelled to enter the labor force after her husband, and her family's chief breadwinner, became critically ill. She is proud to have raised five children even as she rose through the ranks at Capstone, which she joined in 1993 as a clerk. At 72, Ms. Womack continues to work five days a week, providing great customer service to co-workers and clients alike. She attributes her success to determination and hard work. She looks forward to growing in her new position and playing an integral role in her company's future expansion.
